At Vintage Leather Jacket, we ensure your order reaches you quickly and securely. All our products are shipped via DHL, FedEx, USPS, or UPS, with the courier selected based on the fastest and most efficient route available.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status in real-time.

Accurate Shipping Information

Please make sure to provide complete and accurate shipping details at the time of placing your order. This includes your full address, zip/postal code, and an active contact number. If you realize any information was entered incorrectly, please contact our Customer Support within 24 hours to request a correction. Failure to do so may result in delivery delays or failed delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer multiple shipping methods based on your location and delivery urgency. The shipping time frame begins after order handling and processing, which typically takes 3–5 business days.

Note: For orders with more than two items, Vintage Leather Jacket will cover part of the extra shipping cost:

• Express: 20% of additional charges covered
• Standard: 30% of additional charges covered
• Economy: 50% of additional charges covered

Damaged Shipments

We take great care in packaging your order. However, if your item is damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Support team immediately to initiate an exchange. Proof of damage (such as photos) may be required to process your request.
